In the Monster Hunter series, cursed armors are typically reserved for those forged from Elder Dragons (often a conferring of malevolent power derived from their cataclysmic strength). “Storm Serpent” is a subversion of this, instead forged from an amalgamation of different species. Imbued with their sorrow and rage, an imprecation was laid upon this set—and the one that wears it.

The Dreamwalker Braces ultimately sold me on the idea!
