Use black pigment on the chest, then adjust the waist color to match the jacket as best you can. Different lighting will affect how well they match, not much you can do about it. Legs and arms stay default color. There are many headpieces that can work with this look, hats work better than helms IMO (guild lobos/mask, dragonslayer's gaze, etc)
