With how culturally important the seikret are to Kunafa, I wanted this reflected in the role of their shaman. Though mostly just a spiritual leader, they also divine Somult’s will through the practice of augury. The most commonly interpreted phenonema are thunder, lightning, and birdsigns (just like the practitioners of ancient Rome).

Kunafa’s elders patiently wait for the great bird to send a sign, indicating who their next augur will be. A generation has passed since Somult last spoke.
